New York State Police Confirm Sad 'Dump Truck' Accident on 90

There was a very sad accident and the New York State Police have confirmed this morning that one person has been killed after a dump truck "backed up" on them.

The construction worker that was killed in the accident was working by the Pembroke exit overnight. As of this morning, the right lane of the 90 West is still closed for investigation of the accident.
